I came home to a broken Tivo last night. Weep for me!
My Tivo is five and a half years old. I have always said that I would run out and buy a new one immediately if this one breaks, because I love Tivo that much.
However, I couldn’t help my geekiness and had to look up the problem online. There’s the possibility that $50 for a new power supply might fix the problem. However, I’ll have to wait several days for it to arrive and then have to install it, and argh because I don’t want to wait several days to find out if it recorded last week’s new episode of 30 Rock or not. I want to know now. I want to watch now.
Oh, read a book why don’t you!!! (just kidding- I like 30 Rock, myself)
Oh, rub it in. I do read! But a broken Tivo still = broken heart. But I ordered the power supply and I’m 80% sure that it will fix my problem.
